I am here to support and empower your personal growth and well-being.
Eiji Takamori is a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and a registered yoga teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance.
He holds certifications in Stress Management, Hatha Yoga, Therapeutic (Restorative) Yoga, Adaptive/Chair Yoga, Raja Yoga , Yin Yoga, and is also a certified Stretch Coach.

A graduate of the Integral Yoga Institute New York and the Integral Yoga Academy, Eiji studied yoga teaching, philosophy, and the principles of stress management. He completed his advanced yoga therapy training at Integral Yoga, where he deepened his knowledge of adapting yoga practices to support individual health and well-being.
Yoga therapy clients include individuals with Parkinson's disease, Stiff Person Syndrome (SPS), cancer,  arthritis, neuropathy caused by chemotherapy, high-stress, bipolar disorder, chronic pain and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

Yoga therapy is a personalized approach to health and well-being that integrates gentle movement, breathing practices, meditation, and relaxation techniques. It is designed to support physical, mental, and emotional balance, helping individuals manage stress, reduce tension, improve mobility, and enhance overall quality of life. Unlike general yoga classes, yoga therapy adapts practices to meet each person’s unique needs, making it accessible and beneficial for people of all ages and conditions.

Restorative Yoga

 Using pillows and props your body is totally supported. This is a  relaxation class to reduce physical and mental stress to balance your mind and body.

You will be experiencing Eye Movement, Relaxation with body scan and imaging, breathing practices and brief meditation.

Pilates Stretches

Hatha & Yin Yoga

Yoga has many benefits.  It helps to relieve physical tension, stress ,anxiety and calm the mind.

Hatha , Chair and Restorative Yoga class is available for private or group practice.  Please contact for appointment.

Stress Reduction

Stress reduction sessions use mindful breathing, gentle movement, and guided relaxation to calm the nervous system and release tension. These practices improve focus, restore energy, and build resilience, offering practical tools that can be integrated into daily life.

Audience

Corporate Trainig / Workshop

The success of any company is reflection of its employees's success. Eiji Takamori conducts workshop and class for the company and its employees. The contents and length can be customized. Most of the workshop is scheduled during business hours and class can be done during lunch time.
